The shop assistant failed to put them into my bag - so no chance to wear them or offer a review.

We are incredibly sorry that your silk cufflink knots were not included in the bag despite your having purchased these. Such errors are unacceptable and this has been fed back to the store management to review this with the colleague in question.
We have refunded you for the cufflinks and this will be visible on the account used to purchase within 5 business days. Should you wish to have these replaced, we will honour the same pricing and cost free delivery to make up for the inconvenience.
